Roosevelt Resolution

The Roosevelt Resolution is a proposed five part plan for the Fremont Unified School District's transition to a zero waste to landfill entity. The Resolution lays out a progressive plan to limit the use of single-use plastics, eliminate food waste directed towards landfills, and reduce the consumption of non-recyclable virgin paper.

The FUSD Board of Education voted on the Roosevelt Resolution on Wednesday, February 9th, and unanimously agreed to pass it! Soon our school will implement the values of a plastic free school campus.
